This is a housing case for Home Equipment, measuring Ø28.5 × 16.5mm. Due to its high anisotropy, maintaining dimensional tolerances was challenging, but we applied special techniques to ensure compliance with the required tolerances.
Additionally, during mass production, mold deposits (MD) tend to accumulate in the gas vent, leading to burn marks or short shots. To prevent this, we perform regular mold maintenance, ensuring consistent product quality.
