By conducting flow analysis, we determined the ideal gate position and designed the mold to keep weld lines away from critical areas. Additionally, to reduce material costs, we optimized the runner system to minimize resin consumption. Notably, a bearing is inserted into the gear, and our company is capable of handling both bearing insertion and assembly.
