This product is a component for OA equipment, with an outer diameter of φ4mm and a total length of 20mm, made of PBT material. During the production of this component, two concerns arose: “jetting appearing on the surface” and “a dent forming near the center of the total length.” These issues were communicated to the customer in advance. As a result, after mold construction, we made adjustments to the molding conditions and modified the mold, successfully bringing the product within specification requirements.
