This is an injection molding example of a pulley for OA equipment. Although the product has a simple shape, it requires high dimensional precision, particularly regarding outer circular runout, with a strict specification of 0.02mm or less. To achieve this, we applied an in-mold gate cutting method and adjusted the clearance between mold cavity blocks to ensure compliance with the required precision.
Additionally, we perform regular maintenance on the gate-cutting blade after each production run to prevent burrs caused by wear, thereby maintaining excellent surface quality and product stability in mass production.
