This is a sliding component made of ETFE, with dimensions φ12×15mm. It is used in paper feeding mechanisms, where excellent sliding properties are required, which is why ETFE was chosen as the material.
During the manufacturing process, a dedicated ventilation system was installed in the factory to handle the gases emitted, ensuring safety. Additionally, to counter ETFE’s corrosiveness, a highly corrosion-resistant steel was used for the screw cylinder, and a coating treatment was applied to the mold’s product area.
Furthermore, after molding, the mold is disassembled, cleaned, and treated with rust prevention measures to ensure durability and quality.
