What is PPE?

What is PPE? | JURARON INDUSTRIES HAI PHONG

Modified PPE (Polyphenylene Ether) PPE resin is an amorphous engineering plastic. Since pure PPE has poor flowability during molding, it is commonly blended with PS and other resins to produce Modified PPE (m-PPE), which has become the standard commercial form.

Typical Characteristics of PPE Resin
・Excellent electrical insulation properties
・Low water absorption and excellent hydrolysis resistance
・Outstanding heat resistance and flame retardancy
・Excellent impact resistance
Lightweight (low specific gravity)
