This is a molding case study for OA equipment component. In the drawing specifications, a geometric tolerance for true position was applied to the center of the round hole, while flatness tolerance requirements were specified for the planar surfaces. To satisfy these strict accuracy requirements, the mold was carefully optimized and fine-tuned through repeated trial-and-error adjustments.
