This is a molding case study for components used in office automation (OA) equipment. This product requires high dimensional accuracy, with the positional accuracy of mounting locating bosses maintained within φ0.1 mm and perpendicularity within φ0.05 mm. Since warpage or deformation of the molded part would prevent these precision requirements from being met, the allowable injection molding process window is extremely narrow. Therefore, the molding process is controlled under stringent conditions using multi-stage injection speed settings.
